GOOD FRIDAY COMMUNION SERVICE - APRIL 18TH!

On Friday, April 18th at 7pm, we will be having a family style Good Friday “Communion Gathering”! Join us for worship, prayer, a special message, and a time of Communion.

“EASTER AT THE LIGHT” - SUNDAY, APRIL 20TH!

This year we will be having 3 gathering times for Easter! We ask everyone to register ahead of time for the service they plan to attend so we can prepare and make accommodations for everyone!

ABIDE STUDENT MINISTRY

Abide is our Student Ministry for 6th-12th graders! Tonight we will be continuing our “Lessons From the Life of…” series. THE ABIDE “YARD SALE” - SATURDAY, APRIL 26TH!

Are you ready for Spring Cleaning? Do you enjoy finding great deals and bargains? Well we have GREAT news for you! The first ever Abide "YARD SALE" will take place on Saturday, April 26th at Gospel Light Church from 9am-2pm! We would LOVE to have you come by and see what items you'd like to purchase!

If you also would like to donate any items, you can do so through 2 ways: drop your items off directly at our rental storage unit OR we can come to you! Please just be sure to email Pastor Xavier for the method you prefer. All proceeds will go to the Abide Student Ministry to help fund events, activities, conferences, trips, etc! MARRIAGE RECONNECT WEEKEND - May 2nd & 3rd!

Greater Love Marriage Ministries is excited to invite you and your spouse to the “Reconnect Weekend”! This 2-day event is the perfect opportunity to invest in your marriage. It will be Friday, May 2nd (7pm-8:45pm) and Saturday (9:30am-11:45am) at Gospel Light (childcare will not be provided). This event is FREE and we ask everyone to register HERE ahead of time so we can prepare for food and gifts! We pray this weekend will give you and your spouse the chance to connect deeper and enrich your marriage because “Great Marriages Don’t ‘Just Happen!’”

THE ABIDE “DESSERT AUCTION” - SUNDAY, MAY 4TH!

It’s that time once again! On Sunday, May 4th from 6-8pm, the most anticipated, action-packed fundraising night of the year returns: the Abide Student Ministry "DESSERT AUCTION"! This is where people bake sweet, delicious goods and we auction off each dessert to the highest bidder!

But here's where YOU come in! You have the chance to show off your baking skills - the dessert that wins the highest bid will be crowned: "Gospel Light Baker of the Year"! Pick your best dessert and BRING 2 OF THEM - 1 for taste-testing and 1 for the auction! You can come to bid, bring a dessert, or do BOTH!

MIDWEEK GATHERING

Join us every Wednesday night at 7pm for “Wednesday in the Word”! We will have a devotion and special time of prayer. James 5:16 says, “The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working” - so let’s make prayer a priority in our lives this week!

ZEAL - YOUNG ADULTS MINISTRY

SISTERHOOD - WOMENS MINISTRY

Houses of Light are starting to pop up all around Anderson! These are intentional small groups focused on discipleship, cultivating deep relationships, and living out our mission to share the Gospel. CHILD DEDICATIONS - MOTHER’S DAY & FATHER’S DAY!

On Mother's Day (Sunday, May 11th) and Father's Day (Sunday, June 15th) we will be having Child Dedications! This is a special time where you can bring your child/children before the Lord and the church commits to helping & supporting you raise your child in the ways of Jesus. COMMUNITY & CONGREGATION CARE FORM

Do you know someone who is in need of love and care? Let us know! You can fill out a “Congregation and Community Care Form” at Support Services. You can also submit a digital form online HERE . This is how you can share specific care needs with us! This will allow us to set up things like meal trains, hospital visits and other various needs of individuals in our church community. We want to rally together to love, encourage, and support our people in a tangible way. Please see Stephanie Hopper or Pastor James for more info.

GOSPEL LIGHT JEEP CLUB

Do you love off-roading and trail rides? Then the Jeep Club is for you! Our focus is to build relationships and community for the Jeep lovers here at Gospel Light by having periodic rides and events.
